This widget has similar functionalities with the Drop-Down Menu but has more features and better performance such as the option to show the callout arrows horizontally/vertically and semi-transparent background. We recommend to use this widget as a replacement for the Drop-Down Menu.

QuickPopover

A custom view/widget that can be used to display arbitrary view. The popover window is a floating container that appears on top of the current activity. The content view will be displayed within a "callout" window with arrow pointing to the specified location/anchor.
